11:00 to 11:45 Registration & Coffee time

Let's make ourselves cosy and start the event in a good mood.

11:45 to 12:00 Intro by the Moderator & Announcing the challenge

The Moderator will make an introduction for the Hackathon, presenting the idea behind the event, and a brief introduction about the partners and mentors, the challenge and the prizes. The mentors will check constantly the participants' work. Plagiarism and copying are prohibited.

12:00 to 13:00 Debate time & Lunch

The mentors will meet the teams and will offer their support. This is also a brainstorming time for the teams and mentors. After that, we will have a lunch break.

13:00 to 13:00 HACKATHON START

All teams will start officially coding at 13:00.

13:00 to 18:00 Code & reach out to your Mentors

The mentors will check if the teams need support & help if they have any questions for them.

18:00 to 19:00 Power Dinner

19:00 to 08:00 Hack through the night!

From 6 pm, the participants will not have the in-person support of the mentors until the next day in the morning. They can, however, reach out, if needed, on Discord. We will not forbid the participants to code over the night, but the mentors & the organizers will check in the morning the code sources. The mentors will check constantly the participants' work.

08:00 to 09:30 Breakfast & Coffee time

The mentors will return to the venue and we will take some time to refresh ourselves after a long night.

09:30 to 11:30 Hack & Code | Hack & Code

The mentors will check the code in the morning and the teams must put everything they worked on overnight in order before 9:30 AM. The teams will continue to work and they can code for their solutions until the end of the Hackathon. They should also prepare their presentations.

11:30 to 12:00 Last change to take the mentors`advice

The teams can reach out to their mentors for ideas, feedback and recommendations for the presentation.

12:00 to 12:00 HACKATHON ENDING

12:00 to 13:00 Power Lunch

13:15 to 15:00 Presenting the demos / ideas/ applications etc.

Each team will present their work & ideas; we will have 5 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for the QA session - if the jury will have questions for the teams.

15:00 to 15:30 Deliberation time

The jury will exit the room and choose the main 3 winners of the Hackathon.

17:30 to 17:45 AND THE WINNERS ARE ...

Announcing the winners.

17:45 to 18:00 Popularity time

The room will decide which team designed the most popular solution. Vote your favourite!

18:00 to 18:15 Closure

Celebrating the winners and closing the event.
