Manuela has been working in the IT industry for about 5 years as a Full Stack Developer. Currently, she works as a Senior Software Developer @Systematic, being part of the Defence business unit.

Eager to learn, Manuela is involved in the entire development process of the features, with the desire to help the team grow. More, she is one of the most active and dedicated mentors during the internship program at Systematic. Driven by motivation and dedication to the program, she strongly believes that real change and growth can’t occur without collaboration and teamwork.
