My name is Ioan Mihalci, or John as my foreign colleagues use to call me. I've been with MassMutual Romania for 6 months, working as a Project Manager.

I have over 10 years of experience in various areas such as People Development, Project Management, and Agile. I also worked as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Requirements Manager, and I managed a team of 20+ people in the Financial area.

I am passionate about helping others develop, as well as exploring new technologies and tools. In my free time, I like to play football and drive cars. :D
