Solid anthropological background mixed with the corporate environment, Gabriela spent the past years designing and implementing long-term employer branding and communication strategies, employee experience and CSR programs for multinational companies. She is currently working as an Employer Branding Specialist at Systematic where she is responsible for the strategy and implementation of the employer branding initiatives for Romania, Germany and UK offices. When she is not at work, she enjoys nature by taking long walks in the forest with her dog.
