Engineering manager with more than 13 years of experience in engineering. Started as a backend developer, but wanted to migrate from an individual contributor to an area where I can have a bigger impact in taming technology and also helping people connect around ideas.  Currently leading a platform team that creates UI components delivered through our own pipelines and a middleware area for all products developed in N-able using state of the art approaches and technologies, leading by the Romanian saying: “Inainte de toate suntem oameni”.
